Application Overview
Rechargeable lithium electric tools include brushless drills, impact wrenches, angle grinders, garden tools, etc. The equipment will generate high current impact and motor reverse electromotive force under start stop and stall conditions, which puts strict requirements on the current carrying capacity, avalanche resistance, and heat dissipation performance of power devices. MOSFET, as the core component of BLDC three-phase bridge driver, battery protection, and load switch, directly determines the power output, endurance, and overall service life of the tool based on its stability.
Huaxin Er is targeting the lithium-ion power tool market, with a layout of 30-100V power MOSFETs covering the mainstream 12V-48V lithium-ion tool voltage platform. The device has ultra-low conduction resistance, effectively reducing conduction heating and improving battery life; Excellent avalanche resistance, able to withstand voltage spikes caused by motor stalling and emergency stop; PDFN and other surface mount packages have excellent heat dissipation performance and are compatible with tool controllers for compact PCB layout, meeting the demand for high current continuous operation and helping customers achieve domestic device replacement.
By cooperating with the company's Schottky, TVS, ESD and other protective devices, we can complete the selection of a complete set of components for motor drive, battery protection, and signal protection. The DC-DC power supply series products for electric tools are currently being planned, and the integrated solution for motor drive and system power supply will be improved in the future.
