Application Overview
Lithium ion cleaning appliances mainly include wireless vacuum cleaners, floor scrubbers, robotic vacuum cleaners, mite removers, and other products. The equipment integrates high-speed motors, lithium battery charging and discharging management, fan drive, and multiple load switches. During operation, there are frequent start stop cycles and instantaneous high current surges. At the same time, the internal space of the machine is compact and the heat dissipation conditions are limited. Therefore, high requirements are placed on the high current capability, anti avalanche performance, heat dissipation efficiency, and long-term stability of power devices. Power MOSFET is the core device for motor drive, battery protection circuit, and power path switching. The performance of the device directly affects the overall suction, battery life, and product service life.
Huaxin Er has launched 30-100V power MOSFETs to meet the needs of the clean appliance industry, covering multiple series of lithium battery power supply platforms, suitable for fan motor drive, battery charging and discharging protection, load switch and other circuits. The device has low on resistance, reducing working heat and improving overall battery life; Excellent avalanche resistance, able to withstand voltage spikes caused by motor start stop and stalling; PDFN compact patch packaging, suitable for the narrow PCB layout of controllers, while also considering heat dissipation capacity, meets the requirements of high-power continuous operation, and helps customers achieve domestic device replacement.
Can be paired with Schottky diodes, TVS, ESD protection devices to achieve complete device selection for driving, rectification, and port protection. The DC-DC series products for supplying power to clean electrical systems are currently being planned, with the aim of creating an integrated driver and power supply solution in the future.
