As a portable energy storage terminal, the fast charging mobile power bank involves core circuits such as voltage conversion, battery charging and discharging management, output path switching, and battery protection. With the popularization of 22.5W-100W high-power power banks, equipment requires low conduction loss, good heat dissipation, voltage spike tolerance, and small-sized packaging for power devices. Device performance directly determines the overall conversion efficiency, heat control, and long-term reliability of use.
Huaxin Er focuses on the mobile power market, with a key layout of 30V-40V PDFN packaged power MOSFETs, suitable for multi string lithium battery mobile power charging and discharging main switches, battery protection, and VBUS output switching circuits. The PDFN package comes with large heat dissipation pads, suitable for high-density PCB layouts; The device has low Rds (on), effectively reducing conduction heating and improving charge discharge conversion efficiency. At the same time, it has sufficient avalanche resistance to withstand voltage surges under fast charging conditions, ensuring stable operation of the entire machine and achieving domestic substitution for mainstream solutions.
