Application Overview
Wireless chargers are widely used in portable devices such as mobile phones, TWS earphones, and smartwatches. The entire device includes inverter conversion, power path switching, and input-output protection circuits. Products are developing towards lightweight, compact, low heat generation, and high conversion efficiency. Coil resonance and transient insertion and extraction can generate voltage spikes, which require high requirements for power device switching losses, heat dissipation capabilities, and withstand voltage margins.
Huaxin Er is targeting the wireless charging market, mainly promoting 30V-40V PDFN packaged power MOSFETs, suitable for 5-15W mainstream wireless charging inverter circuits, power switches, and port protection. PDFN large heat dissipation pads are suitable for compact PCB layouts, with low Rds (on) to reduce working heat and improve charging conversion efficiency; Excellent avalanche resistance, can suppress voltage surges caused by resonance, ensure long-term reliable operation of equipment, and achieve domestic substitution of solutions.
The DC-DC series products for wireless charging machines are currently being planned, and in the future, power MOS and power management chips will be coordinated to provide integrated device solutions for wireless charging terminals.
